Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid plans on the Superfluous AI platform operated by So Delighted LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions billed in advance (for example, monthly or annually) unless stated otherwise at purchase. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at the point of sale. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew afterward. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Because subscriptions provide access to hosting and compute resources over the billing period, fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after a billing date. However:
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a timely cancellation — contact us and we will investigate and issue a full refund of the erroneous amount.
- Service problems. If a paid feature was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will work with you in good faith on a fair remedy, which may include a credit or refund.
- Discretionary refunds. We may grant refunds outside these cases at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email within 30 days of the charge, and include the date and amount of the charge and a brief description of the issue. We aim to review refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
